Enterprise HRMS for MENA organisations

Orgarise is an enterprise HRMS for organisations that run several legal entities, thousands of employees and more than one country's labour law. One platform holds the org structure, the employee file, payroll, attendance, self-service, recruitment and performance, in Arabic and English, so a group reports as one company while each entity pays and complies as itself.

What makes it enterprise-grade

Enterprise HR is not more features; it is structure that holds under scale. These are the parts that matter when the headcount has four digits.

Multi-company, multi-country

Legal entities, branches and cost centres modelled as they are registered; consolidated or per-entity payroll and reporting; each entity on its own country rules.

Configurable, not customised

Salary structures, approval chains, appraisal sheets, letters and forms are built with designers, so the system follows your process without custom code that breaks on upgrade.

Arabic and English end to end

The same record serves the labour office in Arabic and group management in English: interface, documents, payslips and reports.

Audit trail and access control

Every change to a record carries who, when and what; roles limit each user to the fields their job needs.

Integrations that reconcile

Attendance devices, ERP and finance systems and bank payment files connected so payroll and the general ledger agree without re-keying.

Cloud or on-premise

Run on Orgarise cloud or license it for your own infrastructure when data residency or policy requires it.

How it runs in practice

A group month-end, entity by entity

Three companies, two countries, one HR team. This is how the month closes when structure, payroll and reporting share one platform.

  1. 1

    Attendance posts

Each entity's devices and calendars post results to its own payroll on its own rules.

  2. 2

    Payroll runs per entity

Egyptian and Saudi engines run side by side; retro changes recalculate where they belong.

  3. 3

    Approvals by delegation

Approval chains follow the org structure, so the right manager signs off in each company.

  4. 4

    Group reporting

Headcount, cost and journals consolidate by cost centre and post to finance.

Result

The group closes as one company while every entity pays and files as itself, with an audit trail behind each number.

Frequently asked questions

Can one Orgarise instance run several companies in different countries?

Yes. Each legal entity keeps its own country rules, payroll calendar and reporting, while the group sees consolidated headcount, cost and structure in one place.

How is enterprise pricing set?

Enterprise is quoted per deployment: modules, headcount, entities, integrations and support tier. Standard and Professional list prices are public on the pricing page.

Does it replace our ERP's HR module?

Usually it replaces it for HR operations and connects to the ERP for finance: payroll journals post to the general ledger and cost centres stay aligned.

Is on-premise available?

Yes. On-premise licensing is quoted separately for organisations with data-residency or policy requirements.
